The most unprofessional hiring process I've ever seen in my 18 years career. I went through 1 hour phone screen, spend several hours on 'homework' assignment over a weekend. After that the hiring manager set a 6 hours long face to face. They cut me loose after 2nd round tech interview. Obviously I don't have a skills they are looking for. They had to specify it at the first place during phone screen. It was complete waste of my time.
