Extremely long interview process. 7 rounds. While the interviewers were great the process was sloppy. I had to constantly follow up .The recruiter was quite informal and friendly but apparently very disorganized. Kept asking that we communicate via text which is fine but I have been waiting almost a month for next steps after a very positive but very long interview process which included a presentation. I find it extremely disrespectful to treat a candidate like this. This has been a terrible experience.
