Laid back and informal. The interviewer called and asked when I was available. He was busy that day but worked me in. He was delayed at another store and had his Bakery/Deli Manager at the main store conduct the first part of the interview. After filling out a paper application, I was instructed to base ice and put a border on an 1/8 of sheet cake. The Bakery/Deli Manager for all the stores made it in and asked me a few standard questions. Very pleased and was made to feel very comfortable.,
