It's good. I get the offer letter but due to US crisis and recession , after 2 months they say sorry, you can try on other companies. So this is so unfair for us.

I had a interview on 2/9/22 Friday. 1. Hr round - was perfect 2. Assessment - was good 3. Technical interviews - 1:30 hr long and had questions on splunk, AWS, Linux basics and this round was Excellent. After Interview, I asked them how was my interview? They replayed, it was grest you have knowledge and confidence and have skill we required and then HR call they rejected me. And then put a Evaluation Round - by senior project management he asked questions based on resume, Linux, aws and Git. Again he give me a position review and said as we need requirements you have. Then after that on Tuesday I received I'm rejected. Because I don't have basic skill and leak of confidence and your candidate don't match our basic requirements. THEN WHY DID, THEY TOLD THAT YOU WAS GOOD AND YOU ARE CONFIDENT AND WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE THAT??
