After filling out the application online, they typically call you immediately and while on the phone with you, they schedule an interview date. If your interview goes well, she will tell you to go home and take a couple online tests. One test is matching symbols (numbers & letters) in a timely matter and the other one is an ethics test. The ethics test is what makes you or breaks you, where they will be able to tell if you’re lying on it or not. For instance, one of the first questions is “have you ever stolen anything in your life?” & most people will say “no” and then one of the last questions is, “have you ever stolen anything in your life, even if was just a pen(cil)?” Keep in mind, you can’t go back and change your answers. Other questions they find out how honest people are are along the lines of, “if someone was in a room with an expensive object & they knew they wouldn’t get caught stealing it, would they?” Your options are a) yes b) no c) unsure. A lot of people mess up by putting b as their answer, but in reality, how do they know if someone is going to steal something. They figure the people who put b are just telling the recruiter what they want to hear.

Very easy and straightforward interview, allowed time to ask questions during the interview. Interview questions included basic information about the applicant. Approximately 15-30 min in length. Business casual attire. Awesome interview experience.
