Shortly after applying, I had a recruiter contact me about the position to schedule a call with him. The call lasted about 20 mins and we discussed my background and salary requirements. I then had a 2nd interview in person with the team lead and CEO. Lastly, I came in for a 3rd interview. The first half hour was with the COO and team lead, and then I met for another 30-60 mins with the CEO, Director of Business Development, and Director of Technology. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming throughout the process.
