The interview process initially moved quickly and felt engaging. However, after completing four rounds of interviews in November, I was left without any response or feedback from the recruiter. Despite following up twice in December, I received no reply. While I felt respected as a candidate during the process, the lack of communication afterward has left me feeling disregarded, especially given the time and effort I dedicated to engaging with the team and learning about the company.
