Applied to the CITICS grad program, got the option to interview with CLSA. Written tests first and then rounds of interviews. CV- and motivation-based questions. Long and exhausting process. Selective and not much HCs available.

A scenario based question testing technical knowledge. I was allowed 5 minutes to organize my thoughts and I could ask questions to clarify the facts. Interviewer gave me hints along the process. Overall, a pleasant process.
