I first had a screen with the recruiter, basic behavioral interview questions. Kinda buzz kill in my opinion but whatever. I didn’t get very good vibes from the recruiter off the bat. She asked me multiple times if I left my previous employer on good terms, then questioned what I meant when I told her why I left even though I provided a very detailed explanation. Just didn’t seem like she was listening or understood. In the screen I found out the position was a call center, even though nothing in the job description mentions it. They offered me a panel interview and I declined. Trusted my gut with this one.

Tell me about a time you delt with an unhappy client and how did you turn it around.
Had my first interview scheduled, no one showed up. The second interview was rushed with yes and no questions which were followed with an assessment. Company feels like they are just trying to fill seats for the position.
