Speedy and straightforward. One round with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then team meeting. Team meeting was done in back to back individual interviews. Recruiter was very communicative throughout the process.

A recruiter reached out to me after I submitted an application maybe six months prior. He was eager to chat with me so I booked time with him for 45 minutes. The call was over in less than 15 minutes. He kept emphasizing how great of a fit my background was. It felt more like I was interviewing him about the company/their changes than he was interviewing me. I was quickly moved to hiring manager screen, then a panel of three interviews back to back, which I was told was the last step. The recruiter followed up with me wishing me luck and adding me on Linkedin around the same time as my interviews. I believe I did well in those interviews and received positive comments from the interviewers. I was then ghosted. This was a month and a half ago and they never shared any feedback or confirmation. After about a week or two, I made my own assumptions, but I found it disingenuous (and lacking credibility, pun intended) that the recruiter came on so strong and then dropped me right after the final panel interviews. The random six month post-application outreach was a red flag, but I wanted to be positive and optimistic. I would heed some of the reviews I've seen on here from prior employees and use caution.
