I've known these guys for years and they know me so interviewing with them isn't really how it works, but they call me and advise me on the jobs that they have and send me to meet the clients. They are great about giving a full impression of how the client is; the environment, the work, the expectations - even the "knock-factors" so I can make a really good decision on if I wan to take the gig or not.
