I applied on online using the employment portal - received a follow-up email and scheduled an interviewer via phone. It was a panel interview, the questions were about quality, speed and working with coworkers and customers. Called for second interview and tentatively offered the position based on outcome of drug screen and background check.

Recruiter contacted me to schedule phone interview. At the scheduled time, they never called. I contacted them to follow up after waiting for ten minutes and no response. So a verified recruiter from this company essentially reached out to me to request an interview, I made time for it in my day, and then they ghosted me with no explanation. Very unprofessional.
