      Entrevista

      For starters - the assessments mentioned - VERY TRUE. I have the email from the Recruiting Team. First step: Strict 15 minute phone screening with Angela that is recorded. Second step: I received an email requesting several assessments to completed - a copy of unofficial college transcripts (this shows an applicant's DOB and would result in ageism), tony robbins assessment, typing test, and record a video answering several interview questions. I inquired to Angela about wanting to ask questions about the position, and I was given the opportunity to interview with the HR director and while it took 2 days each time to get a response back from Angela, I never got to sit down and talk to the HR director. If HR is so hard to get ahold of, it tells me management is hard to get ahold of as well.
