So the HR reached out to me with this opportunity and screened me for 30 minutes over the call. After answering all the questions and concerns we moved to the HR round where the HR manager again wasted the time with screening. Next was the technical interview where the Hiring manager had different expectations which were not aligned to the Job Description which were mentioned. All red flags, the hiring team is not in sync with themselves and they don't have budget either to match the industry standards. I withdrew my application and didn't proceed ahead with the interviews after reading the other reviews posted by the current employees which I could relate and verify after speaking to the current employees for validation. Won't recommend
