1 in-person and one phone interview, I was referred by a current employee. Offices seemed quiet but fairly nice, but moved offices before my employment. Staff was friendly, interviewers were accepting of my lack of specific experience and focused on the positive aspects of employing me. Seemed truthful, eager, friendly, and knowledgeable. Called with an offer soon after, but voicemail was unintelligible--may have been on a cell phone? I contacted the office for more information and was informed that I had an offer waiting for my response--which was a little odd.
