The interviews are open and not scheduled, despite the fact that they ask you to come at specific times its still first come first serve. Bad communication. Very long wait times. 0 follow up. They tried to offer me a position to work in their warehouse which is a completely different position that I did not apply for. They also tried to get me to work in their kitchen. All of the 'alternative' positions the offered me where for all the hispanics/poc at the company.
