I was approached by a recruiter from Creatative via LinkedIn. We then scheduled a phone interview, which was followed by an in person group interview with about 4 staff members. I do not think I was a long-term fit for the role but the staff was very friendly and overall asked relevant questions. However, they did not notify me that I did not make it to the next round.
