Very nice and easy people to talk to, but it would be weeks before I heard back from anyone on if I advanced to the next round of interviews or not. There was four total over a close to 3-month span.

Got contacted on LinkedIn about the job. Did two interviews with HR, very casual. Then when the agent subsequently agreed to interview me, I had to answer a couple of written questions which were submitted before the interview. I then went into their offices for an in person interview with the agent. Again, very chilled was more the case of learning about me and my experience and taste.
The interview was very casual, more of a getting to know you interview. They were very friendly and chatted about past experience and the role itself. Overall a positive interview
