Phone interview with HR, she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was very passionate about the company. Scheduled a follow up interview on the spot.
Had 3 interviews in person. My second and third were back to back so that was nice and convenient. These interviews were a mix of asking about past experiences and technical questions. Needed to explain in depth regarding how I implemented test programs at all different stages. Few questions on how I interact with other (internal and external customers) . Everyone I met with was very knowledgeable.
I didn’t receive an offer but I was informed along the way and lost out to a candidate with more relevant experience in the industry. It was nice to hear the reasons why, made it easier to swallow not landing the role.
Although I was kept in the loop, there was a delay from when my interviews ended and the final decision was made.

What test development software do I have experience with?
2 stages
First HR screening followed by 1 hour onsite with hiring manager and seniors engineers. Asked about basic troubleshooting and domain specific questions. They were very nice. Expect a lot of overtime.
