Relatively quick process, first interview was over the phone and the next was in person with a group of people who could potentially be your mentor. It was a bit intimidating having around 10 people in the interview, but everyone was very nice and contributed to the conversation. They are very interested in if you fit their company culture.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews for the summer internship. Overall, the people and company culture seemed great. It felt as though there was a lot of opportunities there. However, they don't pay well for the internship and were unable to negotiate it even for a college graduate.
