just a interview which is very easy and questions are facilitating and engaging. The interview person was nice, courteous and professional and was very polite. it was only 20 mins process.

They will literally take anyone who walks in the door. Even if your English isn’t very good. They will have you meet with a lot of managers if you are liked.

Entrevista
First interview was a phone interview, second was in person with two people. They asked pretty basic questions that are asked in most interviews in the Customer Service/ Retail sector. I found the first interviewer (which was over the phone) to be pretty unfriendly and apathetic during the call, which made the experience more stressful. The second interviewers were much friendlier.
