job posting doesnt have anything about lifting restrictions... fast forward... One phone interview, had to schedule at first bc the guy was just trying to jump into one when they first contacted me. He said no lifting, which was important, bc I had back surgery 2 months ago. Talked for an hour, everything was sounding great, scheduled an in person interview for a week later. Showed up and the other guy goes "oh yeah lots of heavy lifting, how fast can we get those restrictions lifted?" proceeded to interview very well for an hour and he said hed set up a third final interview with the gm, never heard back. I sent a follow up email just today. I need a job!
