I applied online and was instantly called back, after a few minutes on the phone I was invited to the in-person interview. Since the headquarter is in Illinois and I interviewed for a position in AZ there was a PM with me in the room from Arizona and two other people that called in and asked questions through video conference software. After a couple of standard interview questions, mostly about my work history I was told I will be contacted with the next steps if any. It's been over 4 weeks now and I never heard back from anyone.
