Easy, but took a long time. First was a phone interview (roughly 10 minutes), came in to the office for an essay writing portion, a skills test, and an interview (roughly 1.5 hours). At the end of the interview I was offered a job pending a clean background check. Was told I'd get an email with training dates when the background check cleared.

Interview process was good -- did a phone interview, some online assessments based on the type of tutoring I was interested in, and then an in-person interview before I was hired.
