Responded to a craigslist job posting. Sent over resume and cover letter. The president of the company called and conducted a phone interview. He was very considerate and appreciative for my time and requested that I come in for an in-person interview. I met with him and his operations manager. They were extremely inviting, and care very much for their company values. They asked many standard interview questions, and were extremely friendly.
