I walked into the building to inquire about their vacancies and was immediately given an application to fill out and when I finished the application a manager came out and talked to me for maybe 15 minutes. After we talked she told me to come back the next day for a second interview but when I returned another manager was there and gave me forms to fill out for my orientation. That was the easiest job interview I have ever had.

The interview was easy. They know most of these servers are just starting out. But they want you to know how to upsell, and how to work in a fast pace environment.

It went pretty well, just asked the norm, such as tell me a little about yourself and why do you want to work here. Just asked simple questions and told me I had the job and what day to come in next. I applied to be a server and they told me I would get 25 hours a week, but they ended up making me a to-go specialist and I’m getting like 6 hours a week. I also didn’t get scheduled for a month after my interview but I’m working a bit now.

Give me a situation with a difficult customer and how you handled it
Very easy, seems like they were looking for a pulse. Mine was done at the checkerboard in the dining room. not a difficult job, so not a difficult interview. I don't remember any specific questions
