Lengthy. Phone interview, wait a while, in person interview, wait a while, then get hired… maybe. It's a time investment. First interview is with an HR person via phone. The real interview is with two store managers, including the one you will be working for. It's hard to get this far.

Be prepared to answer questions about how your background prepares you for a sales position. They may have you try to sell them some random thing. Know about the products before you go in that will help. Know computers well or don't waste your time. Their system is very hard to learn.

Entrevista
After applying, a day later, the phone call arrive, it is a phone interview that takes about 30 minutes. Basic questions about your background and stuff. After that usually followed by a second phone call that will talk about in person interview. The interview process is actually pretty self explanatory, you have to answer in STAR format. They will address that in the phone interview

Entrevista
Phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with store manager. Overall process took about two weeks. Very positive experience. Standard process. Offered the position within a week and accepted. Went through background and drug testing.

Phone interview and 2 in person interviews. The first interview went well all STAR format questions. The Second interview was exactly like the first one, and asked basically the same questions. Was hired about a month after the second interview.
