After applying, you’re requires to take a virtual assessment to gauge your personality traits and another assessment to see how well you follow directions and customer service responses. It was fairly easy as long as you paid attention.

I applied 7/7. Received an email to complete an assessment on 7/12. The assessment included personality/behavioral questions and also a call simulation. Very easy
7/13 I received an email to schedule a phone screening.
I scheduled the phone screening for the next day(7/14). The phone screening was really just for the recruiter to go over the job description in more detail and discuss work history. Recruiter stated they wanted me to interview with management the next day (7/15). Because it was a Friday, I was expecting to have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to receive feedback.
Today (7/19) I received a call & they offered the position.
All of this was done via phone and the interview was via Zoom. The position is work-from-home.
