First was an online Assessment behavior questions and also a role play so have a paper and pen and write down what the customer says and try to move fast then a phone interview then a zoom interview

Good experience overall. Reviewed the advertisement for the job which was thorough and explained the prequalifications and benefits. Answered questions to determine if it was a good fit for me personally. Decided not to move forward at the end of the day.

Yes the interview was Very easy , 2 part interview . If you have customer service history or either retail. Sales experience is a plus also , STAR style interview
