The hiring process was rapid and thorough. Interviewers were engaged throughout the interview process and complementary of previous work experience and strengths. It was a more relaxed approach to interviewing. They were quick to follow up post-interview and honest and forthright throughout the process. They knew their business and had it all together.

What were some of the negative aspects of your previous jobs; describe them and how you overcame the negativity.
Very standard interview process. No surprises. I did a recruiter screen and then later a couple of panel interviews. During one of the panel interviews, one person was virtual. After the panels, I did one interview with a Vice President.

Long slow process, very little feedback, weeks to a month between interviews, scheduled employees were no shows to interview calls. Group interview was not organized, difficult to maintain focus as trying to please multiple people at one time
