The interview process was pretty standard. They generally use STAR process for the first/second interview depending on how many they are planning to put you through. The last interview is with the sales director and he will have final say on whether or not you will get the position.

Uses 5-Star Interview process (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Appreciates 30-60-90 presentation. Recruiter does a quick screening, then an initial interview scheduled with recruiter, followed by a second interview, and sometimes an additional panel interview.

Not the most professional interview process. Note, that it is a small world and when you tell someone we will let you know next week(turned into two) it was due to the fact that they wanted to clear the other candidate’s background. The manager also asked for number when we already spoke four times. It was a hot mess and I dodged a bullet:)

Interview was very laid back. The manager interviewing me made sure I was completely informed of the job at hand. They asked me multiple questions retaining to my sales experience.
