Entrevista
Interviewed at main office for tech support position with one of hiring managers. Answered questions in STAR format. Then did a role playing activity. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. The manager was very nice, easy going and straight forward. Received an email the following morning from the Atlanta office with offer letter. Accepted offer, now just waiting on background check and reference check to come back.

One interview and they used the STAR method. It was quick and straightforward. The process took about two weeks. A background and drug test is required. The training was about six weeks.

All star questions and a lot of examples. Look up STAR format questions and you can’t go wrong. Also need sales example and how you would pitch a product to customer.

The interview process was great and non stressful. Very relaxed environment as well. The person doing the interview did an amazing job asking questions and even had me role play taking a phone call. Well done.
