I interviewed with two people, and it was a great and informative interview, they told me what I would be doing and how they wanted me to do it, they told me the pay scale and how I could make extra money mouthly.

Entrevista
After applying, a day later, the phone call arrive, it is a phone interview that takes about 30 minutes. Basic questions about your background and stuff. After that usually followed by a second phone call that will talk about in person interview. The interview process is actually pretty self explanatory, you have to answer in STAR format. They will address that in the phone interview

Entrevista
Phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with store manager. Overall process took about two weeks. Very positive experience. Standard process. Offered the position within a week and accepted. Went through background and drug testing.

Phone interview and 2 in person interviews. The first interview went well all STAR format questions. The Second interview was exactly like the first one, and asked basically the same questions. Was hired about a month after the second interview.
