The interview questions were fairly straightforward. It was difficult to pick up on any emotion in both the verbal & non-verbal feedback to my answers of their interview questions, which made the dynamic a bit challenging. Almost like an HR policy required it. However, things still moved forward. One particular question involved a scenario where specific coaching advice was requested for organizing a team where communications are impeded.
