Had an interview through opusit and found that feedback on the interview was not constructive. I was told I had the skills for the role, but personality fit was not deemed correct. I was concerned about this feedback as I have a number of jobs and good personality, easy to work with was always something I'd been told I had. I wasn't sure exactly what was the problem and the recruiter had no specific answers.
