Very long took about 2 months five interviews and multiple online assessments. people were great just drug out to far. very misleading as far as directions and what was next would get conflicting answers on next step

At this point I have had 2 interviews. I understand there will be at least one if not 2 or 3 more. First interview was with recruiter and questions were similar to other first interviews asking about past work experiences. The second interview was with the hiring manager. He asked questions about the Challenger Sales process and behavioral questions such as how would you respond if your competitors price was lower than Cox's price. I was unfamiliar with Challenger Sales process so I read the book and it was very helpful in answering their questions.
