Fairly standard interview process, 30 mins video call with a recruiter followed by a 30 mins video call with the hiring manager. Recruiter seemed like she was reading off a script but was nice enough. Recruiter spent most of the interview talking and not much time asking questions. Hiring manager asked fairly standard questions about work experience and experience with tools. Pay scale was low for the role and small size of the team made it seem like training/onboarding resources could have been an issue. Overall fine, neither good nor bad experience.
