First, I had to take a Skills Test, which focused on math, reading comprehension, vocabulary. Within a week I was invited in for an interview. I met with the HR representative and department supervisor; answering behavioral interview questions.

Interview is very easy, all you have to do is be yourself. The questions are mostly common sense, issues, complication, and diversity problem.
