I was set-up for a phone screen and it took almost 1 week for the plant manager to get back to me. Phone screen was badly conducted by the plant manager who did not review the resume completely. Was asking questions on my education and experience which was not connected to my resume like: 'What prompted you to do your Masters when you were working'? I had already completed my Masters before i had even embarked on any job opportunities. Over-all it was an eye wash as I felt that they already had internal candidates to fill.
