The interview process included four stages: an initial conversation with the recruiter, a more detailed interview about my experience in insurance operations, a discussion with the People team about culture and expectations, and a final conversation with a senior business leader. The process was professional, transparent, and well organized.

The company contacted me directly because I had already been interviewed for another position (Insurance Specialist—through a LinkedIn connection). The HR Manager and the Team Lead were present at this interview. It was a pleasant conversation that allowed me to understand what the role entailed and for them to assess my experience. It was in Portuguese.
