I had been working with CoverMyMeds as a client of theirs for about 2 years when I decided that I loved what I saw and wanted to work for them, so my interview process was a bit different, but definitely challenging in a good way. Because I was an existing client, they didn't want me to just get the job because of that, they wanted me to earn it. And earn it I did. What I loved about the process was that they asked me "what would you want to do if you worked here?" From there, I spent the entire day meeting with each functional business area and describing my vision for the position I wanted. The toughest part about pitching a job that doesn't exist yet, is well, yeah that's the tough part, it doesn't exist yet! But everyone was very patient and asked lots of great questions and then at the end of the day, I gave a presentation to a larger group that included all the people that had interviewed me plus a few other areas. On top of that, they fed me lunch because we have an onsite Chef (yay Becky!) and she cooks lunch every day. But the best part was that each discussion was just that: a discussion. Sure, they were interviewing me, but we were truly discussing subjects and not just answering questions.
