Basically I would describe it as excessive..basically boughie. They think they are so amazing that they can put people through a 3 hour interview, with 3 individuals who have only been working for the company from 9 months to 2 years. ANY company that does that for such a basic position as account coordinator is just overdoing it. I wouldn't be surprised if this company crashes and burns in the next 10 years although their model is very good. They had a good idea, and it was needed for this day and age. Essentially once you completed your typical interview they had you do a mock call afterwards, basically testing you on if you listened or not.

The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!
