I first had an online interview with their Talent & Culture Specialist, who was lovely. I was then invited during this interview to a second interview in person with the Manager Team the following week. However, the day of the second interview, I instead met with someone from Human Resources who basically just asked me the same questions as in the initial interview, and was told they would be in contact whether or not I was offered the job, but have yet to hear anything. I realise that they likely had filled the position and were simple being polite by entertaining me the day of the second interview, so I guess that was considerate.
