No updates were shared with me for almost 15 mins after the screening email. I sent two followup emails and the third one was a direct email which the Manager didn't like . Immediately next day a recruiter calls and line up my interview on the same day . It was with the manager directly and she pointed out the email thing stating she had a family emergency hence didn't respond and my email was not nice . Fun fact - after the interview it again took them a week to respond and that too after my followups . Also it was not even an interview, it was more of an ego clash and a tick box activity to just mark my profile as reject . I was asked basic screening questions, actual interview was about to be scheduled . The requirement and things I've worked on matched exactly but due to the ego trip of the manager I got a rejection email. As HR professional even I come across messages, emails which are at times in a diff tone. You need to be calm and not take things personally ... I was shocked as I never came across anything as such in career (10+ years) Lastly , Im glad I was not selected , people make places and definitely its not a good place I must say

I applied on line and had an interview with the hiring manager. Her focus was mostly on selling me on the role and trying to understand my motivation. She advanced me to several rounds and I found it frustrating that each interviewer asked the same questions and nothing that would really give an indicator of how I work. They were all superficial questions such as number of reqs & hiring managers I manage. After a handful of interviews, I never heard back. Poor process and disrespectful ending.
