The interview process itself was very simple. I applied for the job online and was called almost immediately the following day to come in for a one on one. The interview is based highly on personality and driving experience. Once the initial interview was complete, I was told that I had to wait until the background confirmation came in and I could start the folliwng day. Being able to drive manual is not a must, but is a plus.
