Countly has a smooth interviw process, I did a first interview with the CTO, where questions were mostly about my technical background, followed by an interview with the CEO which was more personal and focused more on communication skills

Questions about your projects, your location and timezone, your availability, the reason for which you want to switch jobs etc
Two easy interviews. The mentioned a salary range and they were not willing to pay according to that. They should have not gone forward with the application if they can't pay it.
