A recruiter contacted me after reviewing my application and sent me two online assessments to complete: a cognitive assessment (read: IQ test) and a behavioral assessment (read: personality quiz). Since I scored well on the former and made a good match on the latter, they scheduled an hour-long initial (non-technical) phone interview that focused on behavioral and past experience questions. The final phase of the process was a 2-hour video interview split up across 4 small groups of 2-3 interviewers as each group had a different focus and approach in their interview period. This had a few more technical questions and inquiries about my approach to problem-solving.
