For fresher on-campus intern hiring process: Resume based selection. The interview consists of 3 rounds based on Hands-on programming, computer science fundamentals, DBMS, Networking, cloud fundamentals and System design. Round 1 was around 1 to 1.5 hours. Round 2 was about 1 hour. Round 3 was about 1 hour. Each round happened on the same day. Results were declared on that day itself.
