I was made to wait outside of the building for a while and then I was taken to the kitchen by an employee where other interviewees were waiting alongside employees having their lunch breaks. I was retrieved by the interviewer 10-15 minutes later than my interview time. She said the interview would be more of an informal chat and then proceeded to ask me cookie cutter interview questions that didn't give you much room to really show your skills or personality. The interviewer was very kind and polite and even offered me a drink, but the whole office had an air of unprofessionalism.
