Applied online. Took around 4+ weeks to hear back for an interview invitation. Interview was a group one in sydney city. The group interview was quite fun if you get into it. show them that you are very enthusiastic- because thats what they are looking for. Questions were group based. We had to partner up and sell yourself to your partner. then we did a memory game to see how well we work under pressure. then we were called into one on one interviews where i had to talk about my availability and why i wanted this position. A BIG TIP - i wore jeans and a stylish tee-shirt with some accessories from typo ( funky socks and a necklace) don't go too fancy as the interview was quite casual. i honestly had fun and made friends at the interview.I wasn't nervous and i think that helped in getting the position. It was very laidback and casual. Was a very comfortable process. Interviewer was very nice and professional. You do not have to wear formal clothes but come dressed in your own style as they value seeing who you are through your clothes.
